Delivery methods
We deliver goods throughout Lithuania.
Available delivery methods:
- delivery by courier to the address specified by the buyer;
- delivery to a DPD parcel machine, when available for a specific item;
- delivery to an Omniva parcel machine, when available for a specific item.
Specific available delivery methods and their prices are provided at the time of ordering before payment.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost depends on the selected delivery method, the weight, dimensions of the item, and the warehouse from which the item is shipped.
The following prices may apply to regular shipments:
- DPD parcel machine – from 4.99 EUR;
- Omniva parcel machine – from 4.99 EUR;
- delivery by courier – from 7.99 EUR.
The final shipping price is always displayed to the buyer before placing and paying for the order.
For heavier, larger, or non-standard items, the shipping cost may be higher.
Delivery in multiple shipments
Goods may be stored in different warehouses, so one order may be delivered in several separate shipments.
In this case, the buyer may receive several separate deliveries at different times.
Unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, the buyer will not be charged an additional delivery fee for dividing the order into multiple shipments.
Delivery times
The delivery time of goods depends on the availability of the goods and the selected delivery method.
Preliminary delivery information is provided on the product page or at the time of ordering.
If the delivery of the goods is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact the buyer using the contact details provided.
Delivery by courier
When choosing delivery by courier, the buyer must provide:
- the exact delivery address;
- recipient's name and surname;
- phone number;
- email address.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided delivery data.
Delivery to a parcel machine
If a specific item can be delivered to a parcel machine, the buyer can select an available DPD or Omniva parcel machine when ordering.
Delivery to a parcel locker may not be offered for large, heavy, or other items that do not meet the requirements of parcel lockers.
Receiving a shipment
Upon receipt of the item, we recommend that you check the condition of the package.
If the packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend:
- inform the courier about this;
- record violations with photographs;
- if possible, note the damage on the shipment delivery documents;
- inform us as soon as possible by email info@1bps.lt.
