Legal guarantee
The provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to goods sold to consumers. 2-year statutory warranty from the date of delivery of the goods.
The seller is liable for any non-conformity of the goods with the quality requirements that existed at the time of delivery of the goods and became apparent during the statutory warranty period. (Consumer Rights Office)
What to do if the product is damaged
If the product is of poor quality or its performance does not meet the agreed characteristics, please contact:

- order number;
- product name;
- the serial number of the product, if any;
- a description of the fault or problem;
- If possible, add photos or other information to help identify the problem.
Repair or replacement of the product
If a lack of conformity of the goods is detected, the consumer first has the right to demand that the goods be corrected or changed, if the chosen method is feasible and proportionate.
If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the defect is repeated, is substantial, or the seller does not resolve the problem within a reasonable time, in cases provided for by law, the consumer may demand a price reduction or terminate the purchase and sale contract. (Consumer Rights Office)
Warranty extension by choosing repair
For goods purchased from July 31, 2026., in certain cases specified in legal acts, if the consumer chooses repair of the product instead of replacement during the statutory warranty period, the warranty may be extended for an additional one year. (Consumer Rights Office)
Commercial manufacturer's warranty
For some products, the manufacturer may provide a longer or additional commercial warranty.
The commercial guarantee does not exclude or limit the consumer's rights under the statutory guarantee.
Specific manufacturer warranty terms, where applicable, are provided with the product or in the manufacturer's documentation.
Warranty not applicable
Warranty obligations may not apply to failures or damage caused by:
- mechanical damage after the goods are handed over to the buyer;
- improper use or use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions;
- improper electrical voltage or other external factors;
- liquids, moisture, fire or other external influences;
- repairs or structural changes made by unauthorized persons, if there is a causal relationship between these actions and the failure;
- natural wear and tear of consumable parts, when this is not considered a defect of the product.
These terms and conditions may not limit the rights granted to the consumer by law.

Before sending the product for warranty inspection, please contact us by email. info@1bps.lt. We will provide further instructions and, if necessary, a return address.
We recommend that you back up important data before transferring your computer or data storage equipment.
